Create and route

Steps 1–3

    Merchant registers the order

    The merchant records the information needed to prepare the delivery.

    The backend evaluates the customer location and assigns a suitable locker destination.

Phase 2

Deposit and notify

Steps 4–7

    Delivery agent scans the parcel

    At the assigned locker, the agent scans the parcel QR code.

    Locker compartment opens

    The system validates the parcel and selects an available compartment.

  3. Step 6

    Parcel is deposited

    Customer receives a PIN

    A secure PIN is generated only after the deposit has been confirmed.

Pay and collect

    Customer pays

    The customer enters the PIN and completes the required cash payment at the locker.
